I ordered Realme XT phone on **Th October from Pune . I received the call from delivery boy on **th the product is ready to delivered .I told him give to security guard then i check with him security said he didn't received any courier then i call flipkart executive he told me packet will be delivered by tomorrow .suddenly on ** i received the msg that packet is delivered on **th itself.then i raised a issue with filpkart on ** .after ** days follow ** times executive call .lot of commitment dates .Today they told they are not responsible if i want i will file the case and they closed the issue . Currently i am helpless.How to file a case please support or other action
