I ordered clothing from myntra. I ordered it by cash on delivery method. I recieved a message saying my product would be delivered by **th September ****, after it got postponed to today *nd october ****. I didnt even recieve a single phone call from myntra or delivery company. All i was getting was messages and email and there were no phone numbers of whom i should contact about the package. They were daily postponing it saying customer has not picked up the delivery or customer didnot respond. I didn't even get a single phonecall,then how will i answer them or respond to them. Today is *st october and still i haven't recieved my order, it is now showing they could not deliver it today they will try again later. Please consider this matter seriously.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
