Flipkart - Package not Delivered

I have ordered the phone ASUS *Z on * September **** and the expected delivery date was **th September ****. today is **th September and still i have not received the product. I have also made the payment too. I am continuously calling the customer care services but every time they keep telling me to wait for next **/** hrs. Firstly thery told me that my resolution date is **th September , then they changed it to **th September and i dont even have a resolution date. Till yet no solution has been provided. I also had a talk with the delivery person , he told me that he has the product with him but he is unable to deliver due to some issues. * days have been passed and still the flipkart team is unable to provide any kind of resolution and my money is also stuck in there.
want them to either deliver my order soon in *-* days or just cancel it and give me my money back. If they are unable to do this , then i have to take some legal actions.
