I have sent a camera lens (approx price *****/- INR for repair to Madan camera service, Fazal complex, Near Anna statue, Mount road, Chennai -* from Nellore (Andhra Pradesh) on **/*/****. Till now the item not delivered to the repair centre. I have complained several times to the DTDC courier, Chennai but in vain. I request you to help me.
