I have purchased Mobile realme * pro as per offer on the website. As per the order process, I paid the payment as required. After payment, I have received an order confirmation email. But I have not received my ordered product. After four days of the order, they show order unfulfilled on the website. When written by mail they have not replied yet. But no details are updated on the portal and not received no reply for email.
I think they are cheating the people showing online offers and not supplying the product. They have provided customer complaint no on the portal. Kindly help.
