I have purchased Mobile Vivo * as per offer on website. As per order process I paid the ***% payment as required. After payment I have received order confirmation email. But I have not received my ordered product. After two days of order they show order fulfilled on website. When written by mail they have replied the product will be delivered on in */* days Thursday ** August. and details will be updated on portal. But no details are updated on portal and not received nay reply for email.
I think they are cheating the people showing online offers and not supplying the product. They have not provided customer complaint no on portal. Kindly help.
