Mi Mobile - Package not delivered

I have ordered the Redmi note * Pro Moonlight(Astro) White *GB+**GB on **.**.**** through mi.com by making online payment but till today i.e.**.**.**** I have not received the product. Since **.**.**** I am in touch with their CS Team for the dispatch of product but I have not received any satisfactory answer nor they shipped my product. During this procedure I have waste my lots of valuable time and height of the case was on **.**.**** company have cancelled by order without any reason and there were no any intimation from them regarding the same. The same thing was learned to me when I called their CS Team on **.**.**** afternoon at *pm. Also there were no any refund amt in my bank for cancellation of the order. So request you to please look into it.
