Shree Tirupati Courier - Package not delivered

I am working in Indian Bank Chadayamangalam Br (Kollam, Kerala). I am a native of UP. I applied for a home loan in Godowalia Branch Varanasi. Branch dispatched all my original documents on **.**.**** from Varanasi to Indian Bank Chadayamamagalam Kerala. Its courier number is ************. It was to be received on or before *.**.****. While taking delivery they did not inform that we don't have courier service in or near Chadayamangalam. My package reached to cochin on *.*.**** and after that, they returned it back to Varanasi via Delhi. Even have not informed me about otherwise I could get the package in Cochin. For two days I was calling their head office and Varanasi office they did not respond. When I inquired again about this they told that we can not deliver your consignment because we don't have a station there and your package is returned back to Varanasi. They straight away refused to help. It is still in the transit somewhere. Because of that, I was unable to get my original loan documents and unable to get a loan for purchasing a plot for my home. I am in depression now. I don't know what I have to do now because time is over. Please help me.
