Shree Tirupati Courier - Package not delivered

Dear Shree tirupati courier,

Being the second time defaulter it might seem for you people very well designed organisation.
My above consignment got shipped on **th July **** and its showing delivered on *nd Aug ****. Where as I have not received it till now.
When I called the assigned contact number then he told me that the delivery boy met with an accident and the courier might be with him. And he assured that it will get delivered by **th August ****. When It did not get delivered even on **th Aug then I went to local registered office on **th Aug and the manager concluded that they have misplaced it from their end. Now I need my courier or the money which I paid for the consignment.

When I saw that it also has not got delivered today then Again i shared the details to the concerned person over whatsapp. He promised me that he will update me soon, but how indisciplined and uncultured employees do you have that he does not even bother to update customer. And how come a consignment is showing “Delivered”, when actually it is not.

If i dont get any resolution by tomorrow then I will go to consumer forum. And I know how to get the things done in simple way
