Dominos Pizza - Package not Delivered

I have ordered * Pizza along with add on. Got my order post * hour ** min and when I got my order my pizza was competitively crushed. On complaining delivery boy said I will bring new pizza. Initially I have resisted but left with no other option as it was already **:** PM and kids were hungry. So I have asked to give me replacement. Guy returned and took original crushed product back and never returned back. On complaining customer care, they initially said you will get replacement in a while but then no answer. Again called and store guy Mumesh has misbehaved. Called delivery guy dinesh he said speak with store. Unfortunately we had to place order on swiggy some other food. I have wasted * hours and in end lost **** rs. and pizzas and my night too. What should I do? Want to teach a lesson to store that customers are not fool and if they will behave then law and order is there to listen. Please take appropriate a tion on this and want my money back.
