Myntra - Package not Delivered

So I ordered a belt from MYNTRA on **th June ****, it was to be delivered by **rd June. However I didn't receive it. On June **th I called the customer service and informed the same. Told them I haven't receive it yet and there was no update at all. They told me it should reach in * days. That's didn't happen. On July *st I called back spoke to a supervisor who assured me a resolution will be done in ** hours, and that I will receive a call back. She was apparently an escalations manager. On *th July I called back, and spoke to a supervisor who told me that they will call me within ** hours. Still no one called and no resolution. Call them backed on ** July supervisor told me the same story. **-** hours for a callback and update. It's been over a month now. HOPELESS SERVICE. PEOPLE SHOULD BE AWARE THAT MYNTRA IS DOING THIS. IT FOCUSES ONLY ON SALES, AND DOESN'T GIVE A DAMN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
