Nayan Karmakar filed complaint against Xiaomi India on Jul 3, 2019
I have ordered my product on June **th, **** and my order got shipped through Bluedart courier server. Bluedart contacted me on June **th, **** but due to my health issues I was on leave (Office - Airoli Navi Mumbai) on that day. I asked them to resend my package on Monday, i.e. next business delivery date, since Saturdays and Sundays delivery are not taken due to office address.
I waited for Monday and Tuesday for the package delivery, but when i contacted Bluedart, they told me that package was asked for return by Shipper (Xiaomi India - Mi.com), due to which they didn't contacted my and returned my package to mi.com without taking my confirmation. I asked the same to mi customer care, and they told that they received the confirmation from Bluedart, so they took the package back with them.
Both, Bluedart courier service and Mi.com are blaming to each other, that they received the confirmation from each other, and I am as the owner who ordered the product is NOT known anything what is being updated about my product.
Request you to take action on both the parties, as I am totally unsatisfied by their service.
