I have ordered peps king size. Bonnel Mattress on flip kart on **.**.**** . It shown by the flip kart personnel that the product was del*vered on **.**.****. Bit, the product was not delivered to me. I have lodged a complaint on **.**.****. The flip kart personeel closed the complaint on **.**.****. stating that the complaint was resolved. Till date i.e., **.**.**** the complaint was not resolved. I had called the flip kart personnel on **.**.**** and requested for cancellation of the order or return of the order. The reply was it could not be cancelled as it was delivered to you and it could not be returned as you have not received the product., Which was very funny.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
