I am a customer since **** and I am regularly buying products with Flipkart. I had never faced issue's, but I have to say Flipkart is having the worst service. Service provider and customer support team ever I have seen.
I had ordered prepaid grocery products on **th June **** for which I have also paid delivery charges. There was a delay in delivering the product and when I saw the status it was showing delivery failed. Then I raised a complaint with the customer support team on **st June ****. They asked me to wait for * day will do the needful, but I didn't get any resolution from the support team. I called again on **nd June **** and raised a complaint on that same issue and still not able to get any resolution and not able to cancel the order. Even though I am a Flipkart Plus member, but still coming across this issue. Every day delivery estimated dates are getting changed.
Today at around ** pm I have again contacted the customer service team and asked the backend team to connect me with there senior team or escalation. They took also most one hour to connect me. Finally, I spoke to some floor manager and he assured me saying that he is going to escalate the matter with some Flipkart internal team and told me that the products will be delivered by today *.** pm or the refund will be provided and also informed me saying will arrange to call back by *.** pm to provide the status update.
I waited till *.** pm and I have not got the products delivered or got call back about the status. I again called the customer service and explained the details and I asked the backend team to connect me with there senior team or escalation team, but they denied to help me with that. This is how the customer support team and the logistics team are behaving and acting with customers. I asked them to forward my concern to the higher level but they completely denied to help me on those issues and informing me that estimated delivered date in on **th June **** and I need to wait and they cannot do anything till that time.
Could anyone please let me know how can I forward my concern to the higher level of Flipkart and let their higher level team knows how these frontends, backend and logistics teams and acting on customers issue.
