booked a parcel on **/**/**** to be send to a address in Lucknow. They booked the parcel saying this address is in their delivery service area and charged me for premium on day deliver service. today they called me saying your parcel is returned from lucknow and asked me to pick it up because that cant b delivered due to the address is not deliverable and are refusing to paying my money back. they have cheated me and i am not getting any kind of help now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
