I had ordered the product (* unit) through its website on January **, ****. Although the site mentioned a price of Rs **** per unit, i was charged **** PHP (Rs. ****) on my card while making payment. I was promised a delivery post * weeks after payment. However the * week period has elapsed and there is no response from customer service to check on the current status. Would like to have the refund at the earliest.
