Smarttv123 - Octa Air - Order not delivered

Ordered * nos SmartTV octaair in Jan ****, after following they shared shipment number, but it was not delivered, then they asked me to contact local post office for delivery, but there was no such consignment. After two months they said they need my confirmation to ship another consignment, which I did immediately, they promised it will be delivered within ** to ** working days, that date also passed, now again the asking me to contact local post office, this time they have not given any consignment number. I asked for refund, but everytime, they are asking me to contact post office and say consignment left their country no dat no consignment number. They are just cheating public, proper legal action needs to be taken for such ground company. They never share their India office number.
