tskhadi - Package not delivered

I have placed an order in tskhadi on June *th **** (Order Id #TK*******) and paid via net banking. In the website, the status still appears as order confirmed. I sent an email regarding the same after waiting ** days but received no response. I have sent a message in facebook messenger. Not only I got no response but also they blocked me. I tried to contact their customer care number mentioned in the email (), number is not reachable always. Customer care number from contacts page is always busy.
