Niti Chatterji filed complaint against tskhadi on Jul 29, 2020
I have purchased sarees from tskhadi previously. And this was my third purchase from them. But the way they have handled this transaction has forced me to have a serious thoughts about whether to buy sarees from them in future. I placed the order on **th July and immediately got a mail for the same, the screenshot of which I have sent in my earlier emails to them. It is **th today and after continuous follow up, today I am being told that the order was never placed and the amount will be refunded. If the order wasn't placed how come they are sending mails for the same? And even if the order has not been placed, how am I suppose to know this, since I was sent a mail regarding order confirmation and I am under the impression that the order is placed. I wrote * mails to them regarding this but the customer care seems to be highly unprofessional and discourteous to not reply even once. Today I messaged them on facebook, and that is when I came to know after ** days that the order was not even placed. I have been calling up on the mobile number and the landline number provided but nobody bothered to take the call or even call back. What kind of customer service are they providing? They should be ashamed of yourselves for harassing loyal customers like this.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
