Ganesha filed complaint against Profesional Courier on May 27, 2019
I booked one parcel on ** May **** morning at bc road professional courier office containing tracking number BEC******. Till I did not receive this package. Communicated with booking office and Bangalore general manager but no one responding and neglecting about this issue. At first, they told that this package was misrouted and now they are not attending the call also. Normally it will receive on the destination within *-* days but this package took * days. Requesting you to kindly provide the feedback.
