I have placed an order from Grofers which was supposed to deliver by * am today. How as the company reschedule my order delivery to * pm without my consent but it did not get delivered till * pm. I contacted the delivery boy on his number but he said my order has got cancelled but I have no information regarding this. The customer care is not giving any response to my complaint there.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
