Govil Alok filed complaint against Dtdc Courier on May 17, 2019
Consignment No. is "H********". The DTDC courier Warangal super franchise does not deliver the package and says to collect it from their office. The executive who spoke was very rude and pathetic. They say the area is not serviceable. But I see all the couriers being delivered except this pathetic DTDC. I don't get it. Why do they take it for shipping when they dont have shipped. The tracking shows receiver is not available but I am **/* available.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
