Order Not Delivered and No Response from Kwabey
Complaint Description:
I placed a prepaid order for * oversized t-shirts worth ₹*** on ** March **** from Kwabey. My order has not been delivered yet, and I have not received any updates regarding the shipment or delivery status.
I tried contacting their customer care number, but it shows as invalid. I also sent an email regarding this issue, but I have not received any response from their side.
This lack of communication and delay is highly disappointing. I request either immediate delivery of my order or a full refund of ₹*** as soon as possible.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
