I am writing this complaint against Kwabey Fashion regarding my order.
I placed an order on [**.**.****] through their website kwabey.com and made a payment of ₹[***.**]. My Order ID is *******
Despite successful payment, I have not received my order till today. It has been [**] days since I placed the order. I have tried contacting their customer support via email and phone, but I have either received no response or an unsatisfactory response.
This behavior clearly shows negligence and poor customer service. It appears that the company is not fulfilling its commitments to customers.
I request a full refund of ₹***.** immediately. If the issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be forced to take further legal action through the consumer court.
I have attached all necessary proof including payment receipt, order confirmation, and communication records.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
