APSRTC Service Number - Package Not Delivered

My parents sent vegetables and groceries through the APSRTC parcel service yesterday at * PM. According to the information they received, the bus was scheduled to deliver the items to Hyderabad early this morning. The bus arrived at * AM, but my parcel was misplaced.
I have tried to inquire about the parcel multiple times, but no one has responded properly. It is now almost the end of the day, and I am concerned that the vegetables may have been damaged. Even now, the APSRTC team has not responded regarding the remaining groceries.
