I booked seat no * in service number **** from GANNAVARAM to Visakhapatnam on */*/****. I repeatedly enquired with APSRTC helpline and they confirmed in all politeness that the bus would come in to GANNAVARAM busstand. I waited in GANNAVARAM bus stand plat form *. The driver called me from ********** and insisted that I must come outside the busstand
I pleaded that I cannot move as I am heart patient and I have a suitcase. He went on saying that the the bus is heavy and can't turned into busstand. I had to plead that I cannot carry the luggage to outside. The bus came to busstand and the very moment the driver saw me, he started using cursing language in a high tone as if I have committed a big crime. The language and the tone are very very very insulting . The driver insisted that I must complain to you. So this, please let me know who is wrong and what and why ? Regarda
