I ordered a product from an Instagram selling account with prepaid function. I paid the amount of **** online. I was informed that the delivery day is *-* days. After * days I texted them to check the status of delivery. They texted the same thing again that the delivery days are *-* days and never shared the tracking Id or any such information. Today after ** days, when I ask them about the delivery status. I do not get any response also I asked if this a fraud. They replied with a yes and very arrogantly asked me to go to any lawyer to file the case. Kindly help. I have been cheated.
