st courier - Package not delivered

Hi Team,

I have couriered from Madurai to chennai there is a snack worth of *** and packing charges *** they can get but parcel did not receive for receiver and we are struggling for more than * days we don’t either they have lost the parcel or whatever happens but still parcel is not delivered to respective action hereafter no use in delivering that parcel since items in that parcel might not appropriate for using kindly take the immediate action and provide the refund amount with of *** to our bank account or through mobile UPI if incase it is not considered we might file a external complaint for our loss since this is smaller amount or smaller loss when in future it happens or any other big package you will lose means that will cause severe damage to people who believe in courier system, please avoid this irresponsible behaviour in future.
