Dtdc Courier - Package not delivered

DTDC Andheri East Tracking No. M********. I booked a parcel for the Pataudi (Haryana) on April **, ****, with DTDC. I specifically confirmed with the booking office that makes sure this address is serviceable and he ensured me that there would be no issue. After that on **th April, status updated as parcel out for delivery and later updated as could not deliver due to door lock/office closed. Next day against out for delivery and further updated as "Address Incomplete or Wrong Circle". How they can mention door is closed in status when they even not able to find the address since they updated on **th April that address is incomplete. Mobile number of both sender and receiver are there on the parcel but nobody is contacted by the delivery boy/delivery partner. Neither DTDC delivered mine parcel nor returned mine parcel till date. However, the status shows that they received back at their Mumbai Office on **st April ****. This is simply harassing customer and wasting their time, money and efforts. Nobody from DTDC tried to even contact either me or receiver. Please help me in this matter and take strict action.
