Dear Sir/Madam,
One article having consignment number MAA********* is booked on **.**.**** and the same was received at Kalaburagi on **.**.****.
The said article was not delivered to me and I have raised a TICKET having TICKET ID MAAX****** on **.**.****. Without delivering the article and without putting any efforts efforts to deliver the article, The ticket was simply closed on **.**.**** saying that Article is delivered. Proof of delivery is also not uploaded in the portal.I am attaching a screenshot of the same. The consignment containing important financial documents please help me in this regard.
