My wedding gown has been sent from Banglore to Kerala .but I dint receive the parcel and whenever I checked with the professional courier team , they said they don’t where it is .... inspite of telling them it’s my wedding dress , they dint even try to figure out the missing parcel .. that dress is cost around ***** . No one is responding properly about the missing item.and very unprofessional way of customer service.
