Manjula filed complaint against The Indus Valley on Aug 18, 2025
On July ** ****, I placed an order with The Indus Valley for a household product (Order ID: TIV******-RD). The company initially confirmed dispatch but failed to deliver on the promised with in * days delivery.
Despite repeated follow-ups, the order tracking later showed that the shipment was returned on ** August **** without any delivery attempt made to me. The company’s customer service repeatedly assured me that the order was in transit, but the tracking information clearly proves otherwise.
I have tried reaching their customer support via phone, email, and WhatsApp for several hours without any response. This experience has caused me mental stress and frustration, as I kept waiting for an order that never arrived. Financially, I have also been impacted since my payment was taken and no refund has been provided.
The company’s lack of transparency, failure to provide updates, and poor customer service have left me feeling cheated. I request immediate action to ensure that my refund is processed, and that such negligence is not repeated with other customers.
