Bharath Uday filed complaint against Dawntown on Aug 2, 2025
I had placed an order for a pair of shoes to Dawntown on June **st by paying the full amount of Rs.**,***. I received a confirmation email.Since then I have been trying to reach out to them over all the available support channels without any response. Initially they would sometimes pick up the phone/reply on social media saying the order is reaching them in a week and I will have it but they have since then gone silent. I simply want my money back and I dont want anything else.
