I ordered shoes from downtown which i didn't receive. After asking them they told me they can't deliver that specific product as they cant source it and showed other options to pick from. I didnt like any other options so i asked flr refund to which they ghosted me for months. I am so frustrated with this ghosting. They are running a scam site. ***** is not a small amount. I want my money back.
