I have ordered a kolkata Nouveau classic daypack on June *nd ****... They have dispatched the product so soon from their courier partner Sea turtle pvt limited, from (bhiwandi Maharashtra) through Amazon shipping... I got the estimated delivery date by June *th....I got very disappointed & irritated that the delivery agent through amazon shipping never attempted delivery to my address every time, reporting false statements as his update in app that customer wasnt available at home, given wrong otp to avail product etc etc ( note : Everytime, when i get a message or mail from amazon shipping, *That your product is out for delivery* with an otp pin) but the delivery guy never attempted this had happened nearly *-* times from June *th **** to till yesterday....I hav Continuously mailing Zouk, they always assured we r following our courier partner & u would b delivered etc etc finally they told you will be delivered by June **st ****... Now today i got message from amazon shipping that your package is undeliverable, so contact sea turtle pvt ltd...there is no such contact number of their courier partner...Every customers hard earned money, with trust buying the product...Please help me to receive amount of Rs.*** back..( i have used my frnds coupon & so i availed the product for Rs.***)
