I placed an order (#*******) for two products on May *th, ****, and completed full payment. As of May **th, the order was still not shipped. After several follow-ups, I was informed that there were technical issues and offered a **% discount. I opted to cancel the order and requested a full refund.
The cancellation was confirmed on May **th, and I was told the refund would be processed within **–** working hours. However, I have not received any refund confirmation or the refunded amount even after * days. This has caused a lot of inconvenience and reflects poor service.
I am seeking a full refund with no deductions and appropriate compensation for the delay and lack of communication.
