I placed an order on *th dec and it is not delivered yet and when i put complaint,there was no response. I tried calling them but no one ever received that call and i was reverted with null response. No one replied to my mails. And the product to be delivered has been updated to the status as delivered. I haven't received it ever. I need either a refund or the product.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
