I have ordered for a planner from the website Odd Giraffe. I have placed the order on **/**/****. They promised in their site that they would dispatch the item in *-* working days. Its been about a month and still they have not delivered the item. Despite my multiple attempts to reach out through WhatsApp, Instagram, and email, I am yet to receive any reply from their customer support team regarding the status of my order. The lack of communication and failure to fulfill my order in a reasonable time frame is extremely disappointing.
