I placed an order on **th December **** which was supposed to be dispatched in a week, which is * days more than usual due to festive season but it has been more than * weeks now, it has not been dispatched yet.
My emails are going unanswered as well. Previous orders were delivered on time but this time around they are taking more time than usual. It would be helpful if the customer is updated even if there is a delay.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
