Flipkart - Package not delivered

Dear Sir/Madam,

My registered phone no. with Flipkart is **********. This is in regards to order ID OD****************** Shree Jeen Mata product which we are facing as this product is marked as delivered but in actual we have not received the product till to date.

To elaborate the issue on your app it was showing * Nov **** product estimated delivery date however on **th Oct **** it automatically showed as delivered in the app.

We contacted your customer care and informed the issue and your team placed a conference call with the delivery agent. As per him he delivered that product to the security guard and took the OTP from our family member however while i checked with everyone i found the information he provided is untrue and i informed the same to your team.

Then one fine day delivery agent came to my home without carrying any product with him and started taking our home pictures without our approvals and started fighting with us that he already delivered the product.

Since then we have been following up with your team. Maybe there is the possibility that your delivery agent had given that product to some other home.

Requesting you since we already paid you the money and waited so long as per your team's assurance now we can't wait any more and requesting you to refund our money as we trusted on FLIPKART and made the payment on trust.
