I had order a FCB jersey from football monk on **nd October, **** and paid through online payment(Gpay) but I didn't get any mail or message regarding my order and it's been more than ** days they haven't delivered it.
I have even mailed them * time but i didn't get any response from their side.
And then I asked my friend to order and he did cash on delivery and got his order within a week but I did online payment which is already paid but didn't get my parcel.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
