We had placed an order for a jersey and received it without any delivery issues. However, the size was too big, so we requested a return and refund. The return process was smooth, and the jersey was picked up on time. But it’s been over a month now, and we’re still waiting for our refund of ₹***.

Since then, we’ve been constantly following up. Every time, we’re told: “Your refund will be processed today” or “It will be done tomorrow”. This “today-tomorrow” promise has continued endlessly, with no actual resolution. We’ve already shared our UPI ID for the refund via PayTM, yet the excuses keep changing—ranging from technical issues to vague delays.

We even warned them that we would take strict action if the issue continued. If this is the level of service and accountability for a ₹*** order, we can’t imagine what the situation would be like with a higher-value purchase.
