I have not received one w Kurti (ordered * nos.) and it was showing as delivered on Myntra. Also, please be informed that I have not received an invoice for those Kurti which I have received. But the Kurti which was missing from my parcel, I have the receipt of that invoice.
Moreover, I have received * items which include a satchel bag in such a small packet and they are thinking to put one more Kurti into that parcel. Seriously ridiculous. I have made a complaint regarding the missing Kurti on *nd April itself. As I have opened my parcel on that day only. But in the end, Myntra is saying that the refund cannot be processed. I mean customers are a fool and that they have ample to run after you for such a small amount.
These kinds of blunder are not acceptable. I am complaining against Myntra tactics by making the customer feel ditched while shopping online. I mean seriously in such a small packet they are sending me * things at one
go. They should have sent the items in different packets so that I could have traced much earlier how much items I have received.
Please take this matter on an urgent basis. I have mailed them and talked the various number of times to them, but they are unnecessarily making the genuine customer feel ditched. I am also attaching the bill.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
