My wife ordered a cushion from this site. She placed the order on the **th March which was supposed to be delivered on *th and till date we have not received the order. Despite chasing these people so many times I have no update on the order. Daily she has been calling these guys and every time she gets to hear is that we will mail you but not even a single mail came from their end. Then she requested for my refund but again no response. They said we will mail you in * min but till now no response.
