Printland - not delivering my order and asking me to choose another

i had ordered a pen from printland on **th may. it was a parker pen worth rs ****. i was trying to track but no status was available. i called them and they told me that the pen i ordered is out of stock so they asked me to choose other pen. when i asked them i dont want any pen and that to return my money, they mail me saying it’s already under processing so the order cant be cancelled. now they are not delivering my pen, not giving me money and not even forwarding calls to senior executives. order no is*********
