After ordering Redmi note * pro-Neptune blue for Rs ***** I received a message -Your order ******** Is confirmed & delivered within *-* days. I called customer care number on the same day and they said it will be dispatched in *-* days.
From the past * days, I am trying customer care number and there is no response. Today their customer care number is switched off. The phone is not yet delivered and there is no information regarding the delivery or dispatch.
Please provide information as soon as possible.
