Shopupi - My product not delivered

I have ordered through Shopupi website a Redmi Note * Pro on **.**.**** by making online payment (Google pay app) of Rs.**,***/-. The order was confirmed by vide No.********. I was informed that the delivery will be made by *-* days. Till now, the mobile handset is not delivered to me and when I try to reach the Shopupi telephone No.****-***-****, the call gets disconnected immediately.
