I have ordered a pair of football boots on **th of March, **** and while buying the description said it will be delivered in **-** days, as I didn't have any urgency I purchased immediately. However, I just got a mail from pynkvilla@gmail.com saying my order has been confirmed and that the transaction is complete but after that, I neither got a mail, message or a call with further details. All my emails were ignored and no customer service was provided. Kindly help me.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
