I ordered a Manchester United nameplate on the **th of January, ****. Since then there has been no information regarding the delivery status. I have even mailed them but their customer care did not even bother to mail back even for once. It was a prepaid order and it's already **th March ****.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
