Hindustan Cargo Packers And Movers - Package not delivered

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Hindustan Movers and Packers Ahmedabad Gujarat, regarding the non-delivery of my shipment and their failure to provide adequate communication and assistance.

On November *, ****, I engaged Hindustan Movers and Packers for the transportation of my belongings from Ahmedabad, Gujarat to Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. The company representative assured me of prompt and efficient service, and I duly made the necessary payment for the movement.

Despite the assurance of timely delivery, I am deeply disappointed to inform you that as of today's date, I have not received my bags at the designated destination. Despite repeated attempts to contact Hindustan Movers and Packers for updates on the status of my shipment, I have been met with evasive responses and false promises.

Furthermore, upon requesting the tracking number for my shipment, the company representatives consistently postponed providing it, citing various reasons. Despite their reassurances of providing the tracking number "tomorrow," this has never materialized. Moreover, my attempts to communicate with them have been fruitless as my calls are now being actively blocked.

This lack of transparency and accountability on the part of Hindustan Movers and Packers has left me in a state of distress and inconvenience. Not only have they failed to fulfill their contractual obligation of delivering my belongings, but their disregard for customer communication and satisfaction is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
